Aparthotel Elysees is a superior first class hotel located in the prestigious 16th district of Paris and is within walking distance of the Boissiere metro station, offering easy access to every part of this exciting city. This charming property is not only superbly located just steps from Paris' most celebrated shopping district on the Avenue des Champs Elysees, but has an exciting history as well. Originally constructed in the 19th century, this hotel was home to France's famous philosopher, Marcel Proust, from 1919 to 1922. The hotel's beautiful lobby and each of its spacious guest rooms are decorated with plush carpets, heavy draperies and lovely antiques that reflect the luxurious elegance of the 19th century. Keep right towards Aerogare 1. Bear right onto local roads towards Aerogare 2/Aerogare T9/Gare TGV- SNCF/Paris/Lille. Road name changes to Rue de l'or. Keep straight towards Paris. Take ramp onto A1 (E19) towards A1/St Denis/ Paris-Centre-Pte de la Chapelle. Take ramp onto Boulevard Peripherique towards Rouen/Pte de Clignancourt. Keep right onto ramp towards D909/Pte d'Asnieres. Turn left onto Avenue de la Porte d'Asnieres. Road name changes to Boulevard Malesherbes. At roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de Wagram. Turn right onto Place des Ternes. Bear left onto Avenue de Wagram (Place des Ternes). At roundabout, take the sixth exit onto Avenue Kleber. Turn left onto Rue Galilee then immediately turn left onto Rue Hamelin. Arrive at 44 Rue Hamelin.
